CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of reservation. This will be applied to your stay. If you choose to cancel your stay you will not be refunded.

OCCUPANCY: We have a guest capacity per room. 3 guests maximum in our 1 bedrooms & 5 guests maximum in our 2 bedrooms. Additional guests are to be approved by hotel management upon reservation. We do this to keep the noise level down for all guests. If guests are not approved in advance an additional $10.00 guest fee per night will be applied to credit card.

PET FRIENDLY FEE: $20.00 Per Pet/Per Day Pet stay is determined by length of guest is reserved. * We reserve the right to charge any additional fees for any damage done. Pets are encouraged to be boarded at Country Kennels Spirit Lake Iowa

Check In: 2 PM | Check Out 10 AM Guest check out after 10:30am are subject to $50.00 additional fee.
