CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive full refund. If you cancel your confirmed reservation after the allotted time frame you will be charged the 1st nights stay at regular room rate and tax. For  minimum length stay reservations (2-night minimum) and holiday stays listed below you will be charged for the entire stay if you cancel, no show or check out prior to reserved departure. We do not allow refund for early departure unless it falls within our cancellation policy. Reservations are guaranteed with your credit card.

72 Hour Cancellation Policy

Extended Stay Rates

If you are given an extended stay rate,  that rate is not a nightly rate; it is based on an entire week or month stay. We do not allow refund for early departure unless it falls within our cancellation policy.
